The Casita is owned and run by me, Michael Murrell, accompanied by my two dogs, Leyla and Zak. We live next door to the Casita, but the dogs are kept out of the private Casita area when we have guests. However, I hope you’ll understand that the Casita is a pet-free zone for our visitors, due to some guests’ allergies.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I moved to Spain 10 years ago initially on a ‘try it and see’ basis. My plans changed and instead of moving to Javea I was offered a property inland. My initial disappointment changed the moment I arrived. The countryside and the people are fantastic. Here I can live in the ‘real’ Spain without all the tourists! If I want that, a quick drive takes me to the bustle of the coastal towns, like Javea and Denia. So my move to this property was based on the pleasure of living in the peace and quiet, but all the other options available to me within a few minutes’ drive.<\/p>\r\n

Whilst I am here to welcome you, I am also on hand for any help or information you may need (while being aware of your need for privacy).<\/p>\r\n
